Nerbone Beef Tripe Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread Stock Photo

I like gamy food and tripe.  I remember trying this and liked it better than their other offerings.  The peppers they had in it and the juice from slow cooking give this an explosive flavor. Andrew Zimmern would like this a lot.
